Mrs. Carolyn Williams departed life on February 24, 2023 at Seattle Harborview Medical Center. Mrs. Williams was born on November 15, 1977, to the late Mr. David Hancock and Mrs. Carol Faron, who proceed her in death.

She was a member of The Granary Church in Bremerton, Washington. Mrs. Williams believed in God and she served in her church faithfully until unforeseen issues. Mrs. Williams graduated from South Kitsap High. She later attended college at Olympic College and earned a degree in Human Services. In 2021, she started a nonprofit organization called Priscap Kitsap. She was known for feeding the homeless and anyone else that needed help.

Mrs. Williams leaves behind her husband of twenty-one years, Mr. Charles Williams Jr.; her children Vivian Williams, Yunikue Turner, Olivia Mitchell, Lamarious Williams, and Desmond Moore – all from Bremerton, Washington, and Miss Jasmine Burkhalter of Port Orchard Washington; three brothers – Mr. Robert Hancock (Susan Penn) of Seabeck Washington, Mr. Bryan Hancock (Amanda Esterkamp), and Mr. David Hancock (Trina Jeffries), all from Cincinnati, Ohio; and her mother-in-law, Mrs. Varnessa (Nathaniel) Lewis of Selma, Alabama. Mrs Williams leaves behind a host of aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Williams was loved by so many people. She was one-of-a-kind and she will truly be missed.
